About Postnatal Posture


As a pre and postnatal fitness expert and a mother myself, I understand how important it is for mums to have the necessary support during pregnancy and after birth. I specialise in pre and postnatal training, specifically targeting the core muscles, back, and other areas that can be impacted by the additional weight that naturally comes with pregnancy. My approach is designed to prepare your physically and mentally for the changes your body goes through, leaving you you feeling strong and confident with a healthy and happy baby.


During pregnancy, exercise can help you stay in shape and prepare for labor and delivery.  Pre-natal exercise can reduce backaches, constipation, bloating and swelling, boost your mood and energy levels, help you sleep better, prevent excess weight gain and promote muscle tone, strength and endurance to name a few.  As a mother myself I know how how it feels to navigate a huge change while wanting and trying to give you and your baby the healthiest pregnancy experience you can and not knowing where to start. 

I will be there to support you through your pregnancy as we work through tackling myths that aren't helpful for your physical health while pregnant as well as building new healthy habits for your nutrition and exercise.
